In order to offer you top-quality translations, we've put together an internal quality assurance procedure which we adhere to strictly.

The main stages of this procedure are:

Analysing documents to be translated and compiling glossaries to ensure consistency of terminology throughout the translation,

Translating documents using computer-assisted translation tools (where possible) to ensure consistency,

Proofreading of the translation by a second person,

Final checking by a third person.

Since our main concern is delivering translations which are flawless in every way, we invest continually in human resources, dictionaries and state-of-the-art IT technology.

We use dictionaries and call on specialists to compile glossaries of terms for technical translations,

We continually expand our paper and electronic dictionary resources

We use computer-assisted translation tools such as Trados, SDLX and Wordfast to ensure consistency, efficient management of large projects and quick turnaround.

If you're not satisfied with the quality of our services and return the documents within 10 days of receipt, we'll edit the translation free of charge until you're happy with the final result.
